Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

UEMT and Wingate Polytechnic College Join Forces to Revolutionize EV Conversion in Addis Ababa!

We are thrilled to announce that Universal Engineering Manufacture Training (UEMT) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Wingate Polytechnic College in Addis Ababa! This collaboration marks a huge step forward in our mission to advance Ethiopia's mobility by combating both financial and ecological challenges through the development of electric vehicle (EV) conversion technology.

The MOU sets the stage for an exciting future—together, UEMT and Wingate Polytechnic will create a state-of-the-art training and production workshop in Addis Ababa, focused on converting any type of vehicle into electric-powered machines. The modernization of the existing building will begin immediately, transforming it into a cutting-edge hub for green innovation.

Both partners are committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible for Ethiopia's transportation sector. By combining UEMT's technical expertise with Wingate's educational excellence, we aim to empower the next generation of engineers and technicians to drive Ethiopia’s green revolution. Our focus is not just on technical know-how, but on creating affordable, sustainable solutions that will benefit communities across the country.

This is a significant moment for Ethiopia as we work to overcome the financial and environmental hurdles facing the nation. We are proud to be leading the charge toward a greener, cleaner, and more efficient future. Stay tuned for more updates as we embark on this journey to electrify the roads of Addis Ababa!

Let’s drive green, Ethiopia!
